Terms of use
Using this website.
These terms cover your use of arcsystemstechnology.com. They are not the terms of any engagement: an engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here.
Who runs the site
The site is run by ArcGabriel Ltd, trading as ArcSystemsTechnology, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17389329, registered office Carlile Institute Business Centre, 54 Huddersfield Road, Meltham, Holmfirth HD9 4AE). Contact: hello@arcsystemstechnology.com.
What the site is for
The site describes what we build and how we work, and lets you send us a request. A request is an enquiry, not an order, and our reply is not an offer until it says so in writing. Prices shown on the site are indicative bands; a fixed price is only the one in a written quotation.
Content and ownership
The text, design, images and the animated system view on this site belong to ArcGabriel Ltd or are used with permission. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy its content for commercial use, present it as your own, or reproduce the system view, without our written consent. The name ArcSystemsTechnology, and the Arc name and mark, are our trading names and marks.
Sending a request
When you send a request you confirm that the information in it is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send confidential material through the form; if a case involves it, say so and we will agree how to receive it. How we handle what you send is set out in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or the request form to send unsolicited material, to probe or load-test the site, or to attempt to gain access to anything not intended to be public. Security research on this site is welcome only under written rules of engagement agreed with us in advance; write to us first.
What we do not promise here
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available with reasonable care, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its contents or from its unavailability, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Links to other systems
The site links to Arc systems and to third-party sites. Each has its own terms and privacy notice; ours do not extend to them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
